My sincere hope is that you will come to love playing Coda as much as I do! However, no product is right for everyone. (Just look at the surprisingly mixed reviews of your favorite books on amazon!)
Because our aspiration is to treat you the way we’d like to be treated, you have 70 days to decide if our products are right for you. During that period, you may request a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping charges. Also, if your Coda is defective, we will replace it free of charge. Please email us at [email protected] or call us toll-free at 888-423-5883 (888-4-A-Flute) if we can serve you in some way. (We’re a small company, so if you call, we may pick up immediately, but it is more likely that you will have to leave a message. Don’t despair! We’ll get back to you.)
Since Coda is an everyday carry flute, we want you to feel confident about bringing it along with you through life. Therefore, we also provide a 365-day replacement guarantee against ACCIDENTAL (i.e., not on purpose) breakage if you buy directly from CodaEDC.com. If within those 365 days, your Coda is damaged in such a way that it no longers plays correctly, we will replace it free of charge.
A Few Words for Our International Customers
We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Often our international customers have a good experience, but… when a package arrives to your country, the USPS turns it over to your country’s postal service. Shipping within the USA via USPS is very fast and reliable, but shipping to you will depend on the following: “How efficient and reliable are the customs and postal services within your particular country?” If your package takes longer to arrive than expected, your first step should be to seek information from your local post office. Be ready to give them your Tracking ID number. (Sorry! We sincerely wish we had some control over the postal service in your country, but we don’t.) If 40 days or so have gone by with no word of your package, please contact us at [email protected] One way or another, we want to make sure that you receive what you have paid for. If your postal service is particularly unreliable, consider a trusted courier service that delivers from a USA address to your country. Finally, keep in mind that your country will probably charge you import taxes.
